If this is your first class with us, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. This will give you time to check in, get oriented with the space, and meet your instructor before class begins. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and ready to enjoy your session!

Please wipe down all equipment after use.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Please be courteous and respectful to instructors, staff and fellow members.

Reservations for classes can cancel at any time up to 6 hours before class start time without penalty. The funds will remain on your account to be used at a later time. Any reservation cancelled within the 6 hour window will result in a loss of class or fee paid (should all sessions be used). Late cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
-
To respect the experience and safety of all participants, no one will be admitted into class more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. This ensures a proper warm-up and minimizes disruptions for other attendees. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for check-in and setup.

Membership starts on the date of purchase at STOTT PILATES (hereinafter “membership start date”). Membership will automatically be renewed at the rate displayed on the buy page. Membership contracts and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable. Membership Contracts may not be transferred or assigned to other members or applied toward other purchases at STOTT PILATES. Members must maintain an active payment method on file. For auto-renew memberships, any card that has expired or is declined upon auto-renew payment will place the Member’s account on an inactive hold until the payment card is updated. A dishonour fee of $5 will be charged for each failed attempt. Once that card is updated, all previous failed charges will be processed. All unrecoverable membership fees will be referred to collections after 2 attempts to process payment. Prices and plans are subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice.
No refunds will be given for recurring membership charges. By agreeing to our terms, you authorise for all subsequent charges to be billed for as long as your membership stays active. All membership sales are final.
-
If you have a 12-month term membership you may freeze your membership for any reason up to 2 times. If you have a 3-month term membership you may freeze your membership for any reason up to 1 time. Freezes are at monthly increments for up to 2 months at a time.
A $25 fee will be processed for each month a membership is frozen. This is non-refundable.
Freezing your membership does not eliminate your agreed membership payments. You are still liable for your original payment amount. The time of the freeze will automatically extend your membership term by the same length. Once you resume any usage of STOTT PILATES, the membership will reactivate.
If the Member’s saved credit/debit card declines on an on-going freeze charge, the Member’s membership will be canceled after thirty (30) days. Should the Member return to STOTT PILATES and wish to reinstate his/her membership, he/she will be subject to new, market-updated membership pricing as determined by STOTT PILATES.
-
Membership starts on the date the membership is purchased at STOTT PILATES (hereinafter “membership start date”), and the annual price fee is charged on the day the membership is purchased.
Membership will automatically be renewed at the same rate and frequency intervals from the membership start date.
Members may request to cancel his/her membership in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing date by sending an email to studio@stottpilatesstudio.com.
Should a Member choose to cancel his/her membership before the end of the 12-month term, he/she agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to the value of two months’ membership dues. This fee compensates for early termination and the administrative costs associated with contract setup and service access. This cancellation fee is only applicable once services have begun.
You may cancel this agreement within 10 days of receiving a copy of the contract, either by email or in person. You do not need to give a reason, and you will not have to pay any penalty.
To cancel, you must give notice of cancellation in writing to:
STOTT PILATES, 2 Bloor St E, Toronto, Ontario, M4W 1A8
You may provide notice by any method that allows you to prove when it was sent, including personal delivery, registered mail, or email to: studio@stottpilatesstudio.com. If you cancel the agreement, any payments you’ve made will be refunded within 15 days.
