I trained in STOTT PILATES for its anatomy-based, structured approach, focusing on helping movers understand their bodies from foundational assessment to identifying their true needs. My training took me from Vancouver to Toronto, and I continue to deepen my practice through workshops and guidance from senior Instructor Trainers. The method remains a source of challenge and inspiration in my work as both a mover and instructor.

Hi, I’m Leah! I’m a Level II STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. I love helping clients move mindfully, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies. My sessions are challenging but approachable, designed to leave you feeling capable, curious, and strong. Movement is my passion, and I love sharing that joy with my clients.

I started Pilates in 2015 and am now a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor. I guide group classes to awaken your softness and build strength, and in 1:1 sessions we focus on alignment, safety, and small, consistent improvements.

With over 600 exercises in my toolbox, we may never do the Hundreds—but that doesn’t mean a free ride wink wink.

I’m a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor specializing in Mat and Reformer Pilates. I discovered Pilates while working in the media industry as a way to find balance and manage stress. I focus on helping clients build strength, stability, and confidence, and I enjoy guiding people of all backgrounds to move better and feel empowered. I’m fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and bring a warm, encouraging style to every session.

I discovered Pilates in 2019 after injuries halted my high-impact workouts and was drawn to its lasting physical and mental benefits. With Full STOTT PILATES Certification, I adapt Pilates for all stages of life, from athletes to pre- and postnatal clients and those with osteoporosis. I stay current in fitness education and enjoy creating nourishing meals inspired by my nutrition background.

I found Pilates while rehabbing chronic back and neck pain, which shaped how I teach today. With my Full Certification in STOTT PILATES, I specialize in rehab and posture, working with complex bodies through precision and a clinical approach to movement. I hold certification in Injuries & Special Populations and focus on safe, intentional sessions.

Outside of the studio, I studied diet programming, discovering hidden culinary gems, and sprint running.

I’m a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher, yoga teacher, fitness trainer, and movement coach, passionate about helping people move with energy, ease, and vitality. My journey spans sports, dance, martial arts, gymnastics, and physical therapy, and I share this knowledge so people can move functionally and love their bodies.

My training includes STOTT PILATES, Yoga Works, NASM, ISSA Sports Nutrition, Lagree, and more.

With care, precision, and intention, I love watching small, consistent improvements become powerful progress.

I came to Pilates through knee rehab, which now informs how I teach. I moved from the UK to Canada for my STOTT PILATES certification and teach both group and private sessions across all apparatus.

My teaching is supportive and cue-driven, with a strong focus on alignment and steady progression. I value Pilates for restoring movement and supporting long-term health.
